• For intermittent tank loading, load cycles must be defined for the total operating time  1  /  2  



  • Inputs are per load cycle:
    • maximum fill level
    • minimum fill level
    • proportion of time with maximum load (max. fill level)
    • proportion of time with minimum load (min. fill level)
    • the number of cycles
    • Liquid/application temperature
  • for each load cycle, the specific material data are calculated as orientation values and can be adopted
  • the individual minimum wall thickness is calculated for each load cycle
  • the load cycle with the greatest minimum wall thickness is decisive for the subsequent calculations
