Tolerances for Plastic Molded Parts According to DIN ISO 20457 / DIN 16742


  • Both PolTolerances-AC and PolTolerances (3.x) support direct tolerancing of linear dimensions including general tolerances, direct position tolerancing with cylindrical tolerance zones, and profile tolerances for form deviations in accordance with the above-mentioned standards. These calculations and evaluations are performed under the fabrication acceptance conditions (FAC) of molded part.

Depending on the type of project, dimensions are specified or calculated in the dimensional reference system (FAC). Whenever possible, these dimensions are automatically evaluated by the software functions (according to DIN ISO 20457) and the corresponding results are displayed.
